 RESERVATIONS

• All prices are in Euro per MAIN bed and include VAT, tourist tax and insurance

• The promotional offers include the specified above number of nights, breakfast and dinner 

•  Services included: free parking, swimming pool, chaise lounge, Internet and satellite TV.

• For children up to 2 years - free accomodation.

• For children up to 12 years - 50% from the price for standard bed.

• For one adult, accomodated on additional bed - 70% from the price for standard bed.

• For one adult, accomodated in a Double room as a single use - 70% from the price for the apartment.

• The price includes room cleaning once a day.

• Linen and towel change once every three days.

• All bills are included in the rental price.

• Check-in - 14:00, check-out - 12:00.

ON-LINE RESERVATIONS

• When you book an apartment on our website, the prices you see on the webpage (booking form) at the moment of the booking are the valid prices which shall be confirmed. In case of any unforeseen circumstances and changes as regards the reservation, we shall duly notify you.

• Upon sending a booking enqury amd/or submitting our on-line booking form, by the end of the day you will receive an e-mail of reservation confirmation with all the necessary details and information on payment

• If, by any reason, you are unable to access the e-mail filled in the request form, please contact us as soon as possible from another e-mail account and submit your details on the following e-mail address: reservation@costabulgara.com or call: +359 550 49002, +359 550 49620 or +359 550 49621 or send a fax on: +359 550 49002. If you have any further questions or concerns, do not hesitate to contact us.

 PAYMENT

• A s a confirmed by the Complex reservation is considered a booking from direct customers, who has paid a deposit of 30% from the amount of the total price for the whole booking period. The remaining amount of the reservation is payable at reception on checking in.

ANNULMENT OF RESERVATION

• To cancel your reservation, please contact us as soon as possible via e-mail (in a written form, at least 7 days before your check-in), and mention your reservation number. We shall send you a confirmation of the annulment.

• The deposit is unrefundable. A client who has paid a reservation deposit and has canceled his/her reservation afterwards, may only be refunded as a special client by a following reservation with us.

• The information published on our website regarding prices,reservation and accommodation terms is updated on a regular basis.

• „Kamon Tourist Service” LTD retains their right to modify the information published on the website at any time, including prices, descriptions, photos,etc.

• By using this website, any third party accepts and is obliged to comply with the reservation terms as they have been at the moment of reservation.
